Memo of Sept. 12, 1912 from H. Fletcher Brown, director of the Smokeless Powder Dept., to R. R. M. Carpenter, manager of the Development Dept., suggesting the possibilities of using Du Pont's cellulose technology to enter the business of manufacturing photographic and cinematographic film; with a covering letter from Carpenter to the members of the Development Committee.
